Summary

Amends the

Aviation Transport Security Act 2004
to: designate categories of security controlled airports according to their risk profiles; allow unannounced inspections of businesses involved in air cargo; allow the secretary to enter into enforceable undertakings with aviation industry participants; and expand the scope of compliance control directions to include security controlled airports, screening authorities and screening officers.
